‘WORLD-CLASS’ MIDFIELDER OPENS DOOR TO ARSENAL OR LIVERPOOL BUT RULES OUT PSG

Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Newcastle United have all end talks about one of the most successful midfielders of the modern era – and the man himself has left the door ajar regarding a potential summer move to the Premier League.

If you want to add some top-level experience to your squad, while avoiding exorbitant transfer fees, then look no further.

It is not uncommon for a player with six league titles on his CV – and a total of 16 titles for club and country – to be available on a free. But with the short-term contract signed in 2023 expiring at the end of June and with at least 25% of the top English clubs showing interest, this will be another summer of speculation for Juventus. “Adrien Rabiot.”

And it’s not as if the Frenchman, one of the best players of his generation, is doing much to quell those rumours. HITC Football believes Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Newcastle United have all contacted Rabiot’s representatives. Similar to Manchester United, the team that tried and failed to sign the former Manchester City young player over the past two summers. Rabiot, according to Football Italia, does not rule out the possibility of extending his stay in Turin. But he hasn’t closed the transfer window either, signing just a one-year contract in 2023 to keep his options open.

“I haven’t decided anything about my future,” said Rabiot, who won five French league titles with Paris Saint-Germain and also won the Italian league title with Juventus. “It is true that I stayed at Juventus last season despite knowing full well that we would not participate in European competitions. This is my choice.

“Next season we will participate in the Champions League and the Club World Cup. So these are the elements that I have in mind. But I haven’t made any decision yet.”

He added: “I have to think carefully because I am at an important age for my career. I feel at my best and it is important to make the right decision. “It’s better to make the decision before the European Championships so I can focus on that.”

A world-class midfielder is available on a free

Rabiot, according to HITC Football, is also in goal for Bayern Munich. The Bundesliga giants have attacked Juventus several times recently, bringing in Douglas Costa, Matthijs de Ligt and Kingsley Coman.

Rabiot, who scored a career-best 11 goals last season, could help Bayern overcome Joshua Kimmich if the volatile midfielder is also looking for a fresh start. However, one club that Rabiot has refused to join is Paris Saint-Germain, his former employer.

The 28-year-old added: “Since I arrived at Juventus, every year my name has been compared to that of Paris Saint-Germain.” “On the one hand, it’s a lot of fun. But given how things ended, that seems unlikely. “I will never be able to completely shut down anything, but that is not my priority.”

Rabiot, described by former Juve hero David Trezeguet as a world-class talent, is capable of fulfilling a similar role to Granit Xhaka if he chooses to join Arsenal, attacking from the left of midfield.
